At this time of year, there’s nothing better for me than hiding under a warm blanket in the afternoon with a cup of tea, a book and something tasty to eat…. And if this “something” is also healthy and warming, it’s worth stealing a moment like this during the day…
Here’s a recipe for a healthy and quick dessert… Orange kissel with ginger and honey ?? This is my favourite dessert (alongside strawberry jelly), which is warming and delicious in autumn and winter… ? In order not to lose the valuable ingredients of ginger and honey during cooking, I first add the ginger to the boiling juice together with the potato starch dissolved in water and only add the honey when the kissel is already cooked.
It tastes wonderful and smells really good, so festive…? This is a quick and easy recipe and even a child can make it without any problems ?.
