Juicy apple rings pancakes sprinkled with cinnamon and served with your favourite ingredients – such as honey and natural yoghurt. You can also sprinkle them with icing sugar, spread them with your favourite jam or serve them with whipped cream. They are very quick to prepare and disappear from the table just as quickly 😉

Apple Ring Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
1 Tasse = 250 ml
—INGREDIENTS (for about 15 rings):
1 and 1/4 cups of flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 packet vanilla sugar (16 g)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 teaspoon salt

—ADDITIONAL:
4 apples
cinnamon
oil for frying
honey / caster sugar / yoghurt / favourite jam / whipped cream
Directions
- Place all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl and mix with a kitchen whisk (or mixer) until the ingredients are combined, into a smooth batter.
- RPeel the apples, remove the core and cut into 1 cm slices. Sprinkle each slice with cinnamon on both sides.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Dip the apples in the batter so that it coats them on both sides and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the fried ones on a paper towel for a while.
- Serve the apple rings pancakes with honey, icing sugar, yoghurt, your favourite jam or whipped cream.
