Ingredients
—SALAD:
2 handfuls of arugula
4 figs
6-8 slices of Black Forest ham
70g of blue cheese
3 tablespoons of chopped walnuts

—DRESSING:
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of mustard (I used Dijon mustard)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Place arugula on a plate and arrange quartered figs, ham slices wrapped in rosettes, and diced blue cheese on top.
- Sprinkle the top with walnuts.
- DRESSING: Mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice in a glass, then add the olive oil or vegetable oil while stirring continuously. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
